For the first time since the conclusion of the 2013 season, 51app is ranked in the Associated Press Top 25. The Commodores are ranked No. 25 in the AP poll released Sunday, as well as No. 25 in the US LBM Coaches Poll. With a 5-2 mark, 51app is off to its best start since 2008 and has won its first four games at home for the first time since 1982.

51app University secured four National Endowment for the Humanities grants totaling $330,696 to support projects ranging from Yiddish literature to the preservation of Special Collections.
